I will be completely transparent when I say: Legendary Spa is not a “regular polish” salon for manicures. Our nail techs can obviously do a regular manicure but the traditional “manicure” of soaking your hand in a glass dish with marbles to have them pushed, cut and polished and stuck in front of a fan is not our clientele. We pride ourselves on our Russian Manicures and dry manicures that are long lasting.
If You have naturally strong nails...
We are jealous but there are so few of you consider yourself lucky :)
If your nails are naturally strong and NEVER chip, break, peel you are one of the few lucky folks out there. You can choose either regular polish or no-chip polish depending on how long you want the polish to stay on because it will do just that…stay on until you take it off (or we do).
Naturally strong nails:
Regular polish (air dry with 1-14 days wear depending on lifestyle, product use and environmental factors)
No-Chip polish (cured with a UV Lamp with 2-4 weeks of wear without chipping).
Clients who like to change colors often will choose regular, clients who want the polish to stay put will choose no-chip.

Gel Overlay (Builder Gel)
If we could only recommend one service to most clients, this would probably be it: LEGENDARY GEL OVERLAY
A Gel Overlay (also sometimes known as Builder Gel or Builder in a Bottle) adds strength to your natural nails without adding traditional extensions. Our skilled nail technicians will build a custom sculpted Gel Overlay over your nail plate with an apex. This helps protect weak nails, allows for growth (without the dreaded break and crack), and creates a smooth, durable foundation allowing no-chip polish to stay on the nail plate for 4-6 weeks.
It's one of those services clients try once...and then wonder how they ever lived without it. This is what we are known for. Come in with short bitten nails and give us 3 months. You will have long and strong nails built with Gel Overlay.

If You Want Length...
Gel-X or Sculpted Extensions
Want longer nails instantly? (I mean, instant nail gratification is real!).
Gel-X uses soft gel tips to create beautiful extensions that feel lightweight, flexible, and natural. They are placed over the entire nail plate (no old school glue on tips) in the shape and length you desire. Whether you're preparing for vacation, wedding season, or simply want a different look, Gel-X offers an incredible combination of beauty and comfort. They are simple to remove if you need a one-time extension set OR if you are looking for instant length (versus waiting for your nails to grow out with Gel Overlay).
Sculpted Extensions (aka: “Sculpt”) is the preferred method for Legends looking to have instant length that WILL NOT POP OFF. Gel-X can be applied perfectly but there are so many factors tied to nail retention. Hot in a sauna or pool, scrub your hair in a hot shower for too long and you risk Gel-X popping off. Sculpted Extensions fix this. Our nail techs will build a custom set of extensions onto your nail that will look entirely natural and like your nails. After your first set of Sculpt you simply book a Gel Overlay after that going forward!
If You're VERY VERY Hard on Your Nails...
Hard Gel
Hard Gel is designed for clients who need extra structure and durability. Think: hair stylists, fitness folks, food service, medical field etc.
Hard Gel can only be applied by a skilled nail technician properly with the correct build of the apex. A single layer of hard gel will actually make your nails less strong as it will sit like a sheet of glass on top of your nail plate and can shatter. Hard gel can only be removed by a professional with a nail drill.

If You Love Acrylic and Dip…
The science is simple. Acrylic and dip don't damage the nail on their own, but repeated removal will gradually thin the natural nail plate. As the nail becomes thinner, it may feel weaker, more flexible, and more sensitive. This is why people have to take breaks from acrylic and dip. That's why our Gel Overlay system is designed to preserve your natural nail while keeping it strong, healthy, and growing beautifully. Our gel overlay clients starting on day 1 never take a break and have strong and long healthy nails that are not sensitive.
